3.1 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rk556 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify rk556 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3.3 KYC Verification. Before rk556 processes your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP, SIM, or Passport) and, where required, proof of your registered payment method. rk556 may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Processing of KYC documents typically takes 1–3 business days.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one Account on rk556. If duplicate Accounts are identified, rk556 will close all but the earliest registered Account. Any balances or Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Bets placed from duplicate Accounts may be voided.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rk556 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be returned less any bank processing fees incurred.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your rk556 Balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5 minutes for bank transfer transactions during normal operating hours. rk556 does not charge deposit fees; any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. First withdrawals may take up to 3 business days pending KYC verification. rk556 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider's processing systems.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your rk556 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Funds that were deposited via a specific method may, at rk556's discretion, be required to be withdrawn via the same method up to the deposited amount.
4.7 Wagering Before Withdrawal. You are required to wager your deposited Balance at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted. This requirement is separate from any Bonus Funds wagering requirement described in Clause 5.
4.8 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit made via a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instrument will result in immediate Account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and referral to the relevant authorities. rk556 cooperates fully with financial fraud investigations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by rk556 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the sum of the bonus plus deposit (whichever is specified in the promotion terms).
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, certain RNG table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game type are stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household / Device. Welcome bonuses and new-member promotions are limited to one claim per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate Accounts or shared devices constitutes Prohibited Activity.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
5.6 rk556 Discretion. rk556 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to deny or reverse a bonus award if rk556 determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
6.1 Placement of Bets. A bet is confirmed when rk556 accepts it and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption — are not binding on rk556.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each betting market has a minimum and maximum stake. These limits may vary by product, market, event, and Member account tier. rk556 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual Members at its discretion, particularly following detection of irregular betting patterns.
6.3 Odds Changes. Odds offered at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect previously accepted bets. In-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation; rk556 accepts no liability for odds accepted at a level the Member considers unfavourable.
6.4 Obvious Error. rk556 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were manifestly erroneous due to a pricing error (commonly referred to as "palpable error"). In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct price or voided, at rk556's reasonable discretion, and the stake returned.
6.5 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out, except where specific rules for void legs apply. If one leg of a mix parlay is void, the bet is recalculated as an accumulator on the remaining legs.
6.6 Event Cancellations and Postponements. If an event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not take place within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will be voided unless rk556's specific sport rules provide otherwise.
6.7 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are governed by the official result published by the respective draw operator. rk556 acts as the betting platform and is bound by the official draw outcome. In the event of a draw cancellation or result dispute, the relevant togel-specific rules apply.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rk556 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Upon detection, rk556 may immediately suspend or close your Account, void all affected bets, and forfeit your Balance and Bonus Funds:
All content on the rk556 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rk556 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use rk556 content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the rk556 platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of rk556.
The rk556 trademark, logo, and brand name may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by rk556, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages rk556.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk556 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rk556 platform.
9.2 rk556's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your rk556 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 rk556 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. rk556 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance windows, or outages beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions to internet connectivity in Indonesia, failures of BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other payment providers, or natural disasters.
9.4 Betting involves risk. rk556 does not guarantee that you will profit from your use of the platform. You acknowledge that the house edge built into casino games and the margin built into sportsbook odds means that, over time, the expected return on wagering activity is less than the amount wagered. rk556 accepts no liability for your gambling losses.
9.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rk556's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10.1 Termination by You. You may close your rk556 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method via the method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion.
10.2 Termination by rk556. rk556 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) rk556 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order; (c) rk556 reasonably suspects Prohibited Activity on your Account; or (d) your Account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination: all pending bets will be settled according to their applicable outcome; Bonus Funds will be forfeited; any real-money Balance will be held by rk556 for 180 days pending your claim, after which unclaimed funds will be handled in accordance with rk556's dormant account policy.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to exclude themselves from rk556 for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting support. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened before the exclusion period expires, regardless of Member request. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
rk556 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rk556 will provide notice via a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by email to your registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory order.
Your continued use of the rk556 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk556 is licensed and incorporated, which is available upon request from the support team.
12.2 Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, promotion, or any other aspect of the rk556 service, you must first contact rk556 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. rk556 will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
12.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction following rk556's initial response, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review from the rk556 compliance team. The review process typically takes 10–15 business days. rk556's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may hold as a consumer in Indonesia.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
